• オールデイダイニング（カジュアルフレンチ）

• 割烹レストラン（モダン和食）

• クラブラウンジ

• ペストリーキッチン

プロフェッショナルなキッチン環境での経験をお持ちで、料理への情熱と向上心のある方を歓迎いたします。

主な業務内容

• 各レストランの基準に沿った料理の仕込み・調理補助

• キッチンおよび作業場の清掃・整理整頓

• 食材準備およびサービスオペレーションのサポート

• 食品衛生・安全基準の遵守

• チームで協力しながら、効率的でプロフェッショナルなキッチン環境を維持

• レストランまたはホテルでのキッチン経験必須

• 料理に対する情熱と高い意識をお持ちの方

勤務時間

• シフト制（早朝・夜間・土日祝を含む）

• 勤務日数・勤務時間はご相談に応じます

Part-Time Kitchen Staff

Location: InterContinental Sapporo

Hourly Wage: ¥1,500 – ¥2,000 (Depending on Experience)

At InterContinental Sapporo , every dish is thoughtfully prepared to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking experienced Part-Time Kitchen Staff to join our professional culinary team across several outlets:

• All-Day Dining – Casual French cuisine

• Specialty Kappo Restaurant – Modern Japanese cuisine

• Club InterContinental Lounge

• Pastry Kitchen

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and presentation of dishes according to outlet standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

• Assist chefs with ingredient preparation and service operations

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Work collaboratively in a professional kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or restaurant) required

• Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail

• Strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Physical ability to lift up to 23kg and stand for extended periods

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Working days and hours can be discussed depending on availability

• Hourly wage: ¥1,500 – ¥2,000 depending on experience

• Possible to change to Fulltime Contract
