主な業務
ペストリーキッチン全体の統括・運営
チーム育成・指導、パフォーマンス管理
各コンセプトに応じたメニュー開発
品質・プレゼンテーションの管理
原価・在庫・衛生管理の徹底
他部門との連携によるゲスト体験の向上

Position: Executive Pastry Chef
About the Role
As Executive Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry function, creating exceptional desserts for the Club Lounge, Afternoon Tea, All Day Dining, Japanese Kappo restaurant, and in-house cake shop. This is your opportunity to bring your creativity to life and shape memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all pastry kitchen operations
Lead, develop, and inspire your team
Design menus tailored to each concept
Ensure quality and consistency across all offerings
Manage cost, inventory, and hygiene standards
Collaborate across departments to elevate the guest journey

Proven leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
Strong team management and coaching skills
Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
