Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Desktop Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations within our hybrid work model. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert remote desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions that enhance user experience.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

  • Document technical procedures and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures to streamline operations.

  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.

  • Offer guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve desktop support services.

  • Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in the ticketing system for accountability.

  • Provide training and resources to end-users to empower them with technical knowledge.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and practices.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in desktop support with a focus on remote troubleshooting.

Certifications Required

  • CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
