Project Manager - PeopleSoft FSCM

About the role

As a PeopleSoft Administrator , you will make an impact by ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and operational integrity of the PeopleSoft application environment. You will collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, network, and security teams while managing patches, PUM updates, migrations, integration configurations, and environment readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Validate installed PeopleSoft applications, including all components of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).

• Apply PeopleTools patches, security patches, and PUM fixes as advised by Oracle.

• Migrate code and configuration across environments based on project team requests.

• Configure and maintain Integration Broker components for integrations with external systems.

• Ensure full environment availability and assist with production cutover planning and execution.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Advanced English

· Strong background with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) validation and administration.

· Experience applying PeopleTools patches, security patches, and analyzing pre‑requisite patches.

· Hands‑on knowledge applying PUM fixes and supporting project‑reported defect resolution.

· Background coordinating with Infrastructure, DBA, network, and security teams for PeopleSoft‑related issues.

· Ability to raise and manage Oracle service requests for system performance and operational defects.

These will help you stand out

· Background coordinating with multiple client teams and PMO entities.

· Knowledge with Integration Broker configuration for multi‑system integrations.

· Strong documentation skills for knowledge‑transfer deliverables.

· Ability to support instance strategy planning during complex project phases.

· Ensure ongoing compliance with client network/security standards.

· Ability to diagnose environment issues and support production cutover activities.
