Cognizant Creative Excellence (Carbon) – Spanish Language Agent in Sao Paulo, SP - Rochavera, Brazil

About the role

As a Creative Excellence (Carbon) – Spanish Language Agent , you will make an impact by developing and refining high‑quality digital advertising copy that appears directly in Google Search results. You will be a valued member of the Creative Excellence (Carbon) team, working collaboratively with cross‑functional partners to support large‑scale client accounts across Spain and Latin America

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Spanish language mastery with a passion for digital advertising, creativity, and performance-driven content.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, review, and optimize search advertising copy for large‑scale (LCS) client accounts, including Responsive Search Ads (RSA) , Responsive Display Ads (RDA) , and ad extensions (Sitelinks, Callouts, Structured Snippets, Price, and Promo).

  • Ensure ad copy meets platform guidelines, brand standards, and client objectives while maximizing relevance and performance.

  • Adapt messaging for diverse Spanish‑speaking markets across Spain and Latin America.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine creatives based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving campaign needs.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all written deliverables.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in a Client office and 3 days working remotely . What you need to have to be considered

  • Native or near‑native proficiency in Spanish , with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate proficiency in English , including reading and writing.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality written content at scale.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.

  • Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams and following structured processes.

These will help you stand out

  • Prior experience using the Google Ads platform or working with paid search advertising.

  • Professional experience creating or editing digital marketing or advertising copy.

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (written and conversational).

  • Familiarity with adapting content for different regional markets.
