Cognizant SAP OTC Consultant – ECC / SD / S/4HANA in Sao Paulo, SP-Avenida das, Brazil
About the role
As an SAP OTC Consultant – ECC / S/4HANA , you will make an impact by optimizing and integrating Order‑to‑Cash processes that support critical business operations. You will be a valued member of the SAP Delivery team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
• Design, configure, and implement SAP ECC and S/4HANA OTC solutions aligned with business requirements
• Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
• Lead or support integration activities between SAP and external or legacy systems
• Configure and customize SAP OTC components to support end‑to‑end business scenarios
• Execute functional testing, integration testing, and validation of implemented solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stable operations
• Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and user training activities
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work model

What you must have to be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant focused on OTC in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Strong hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SAP OTC processes
• Solid understanding of SAP integrations, including IDocs , particularly for logistics execution with external systems
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work with complex system landscapes
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
These will help you stand out
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Experience with SAP DSD
• Domain knowledge in Research and Development, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and commitment to quality delivery
