WFM/Data Analyst
About the role
As a WFM/Data Analyst , you will make an impact by delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and tools that enable operational efficiency for the Search News (Hot Events) team. You will analyze data, monitor workforce performance, and ensure adherence to productivity standards, supporting curators, Quality Analysts (QAs), and Team Leads in achieving excellence.
In this role, you will:
Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
Trend Analysis & Insights: Perform trend analysis and generate insights to improve team performance and workflows.
Dashboard Design: Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of productivity and KPIs.
Automated Reporting: Develop automated reports for curators, QAs, and Team Leads to track progress and identify gaps.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure team members meet productivity targets and SLA compliance.
Tool Enablement: Guarantee stakeholders have access to necessary data tools and dashboards for daily operations.
Collaboration: Partner with Team Leads and QAs to identify data needs and deliver solutions.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered
· Bachelor’s degree
· Upper Intermediate English
· Spanish (Desirable)
· Background in workforce management and data analysis , including KPI tracking and productivity monitoring.
· Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
· Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques for reporting and automation
These will help you stand out
· List the most important nice-to-haves in descending order
· Background in automation scripting (Python, R) for reporting and dashboard optimization.
· Familiarity with workforce planning tools and SLA compliance frameworks.
· Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
· Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
