How you will create an impact
Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Governance
Manage third-party vendors throughout their full lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, performance monitoring, and offboarding
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
Act as the main point of contact for vendor-related topics, managing relationships and handling escalations when necessary
Ensure vendor activities are aligned with business objectives and operational standards
Performance Management & KPIs
Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Track vendor performance through data analysis and reporting, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and ensure follow-up on action plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Process Optimization & Standardization
Analyze end-to-end claims processes (including FNOL) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Lead initiatives to standardize and simplify processes, ensuring consistency across operations
Partner with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Compliance & Operational Controls
Ensure vendors operate in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
Strengthen operational controls within claims processes to mitigate risks
Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance adherence
Vendor Onboarding & Qualification
Support vendor selection, due diligence, and qualification processes
Ensure proper onboarding and integration of new vendors, including alignment with processes and compliance requirements
Validate documentation, certifications, and operational readiness
Data, Reporting & Insights
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor vendor performance and operational metrics
Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights, identifying risks, and recommending improvements
Support transformation and automation initiatives related to vendor management and claims operations

Experience & Qualifications
Experience in Claims Operations, Vendor Management, or related areas
Experience with process improvement, governance, and performance management
Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and operational controls
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus

What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced English Skills
Experience in claims operations (insurance, broker, or related environment)
Solid understanding of claims processes and workflows (FNOL is a plus)
Experience with operational routines, controls, and process execution
Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decision-making
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work across different areas
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Basic understanding of contractual terms and vendor agreements is a plus
Experience with process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
Familiarity with claims systems and digital tools
Exposure to controls, audit, or compliance routines
Good knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs)
Exposure to contract analysis or legal/operational review of vendor agreements
