The purpose of the National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Management is to optimize and harmonize the way of working in the national Air Logistics Operations by implementing practical solutions in a combination of processes, systems, KNGS and any other suitable method. The primary focus is on the initiatives and projects with a positive impact on the Air Logistics Service Delivery and/or Operational Production Cost.
How you create impact
Regularly and frequently visit all operational departments (CCL/OCC/RCC etc.) and sit with the staff to review operational workflows and perform hands-on improvements.
Implement practical solutions in Air Logistics Operations to optimize ways of working, ensuring alignment with global standards and consistency.
Develop practical, operational solutions using any combination of processes, systems (including eTouch), KNGS, and any other method that resolves business challenges.
Work closely with CCL, OCC, and RCC Managers, as well as on a project basis with the Global Operations Optimization Team and other teams within Global Air Logistics, to achieve defined objectives for each area.
Lead the national Operations Optimization Team, if applicable.
Contributing to concept definition and design in collaboration with the Global Operations Optimization Team.
Conducting operational validation and engaging with Operations Managers (CCL, OCC, RCC etc.).
Implementing and managing the success of operational solutions and system usage.
Acting as the interface for the MA-OM and MA-IS Teams within the country organization, particularly for support and test case definition.
Driving and improving processes in collaboration with KNGS.
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Administration or similar field.
Extensive knowledge (+8 years) about Air Logistics services and operations
Expert in project management with strong analytical competencies
Advanced English
