Amazon Head of LATAM Marketing, AWS, Strategic Customer and Partner Marketing in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Description
As the SCPM Geo Leader, you will serve as the "Single Threaded Leader” (STL) for AWS marketing in your geography, informing and influencing the full marketing investment across digital, events and ABM to maximize impact in your region. You work backwards to drive key marketing outputs (e.g., perception, MEP metrics) from brand to demand across channels. You are a fierce advocate and “voice of the customer” representing the sale leadership and more importantly the growth targets of the geo. You represent marketing outcomes that deliver revenue to the sales leader on behalf of WW Marketing. You directly own Account Based Marketing and influence the digital; event marketing and other Marketing program/ investments on behalf of your region. You will drive the regional ABM strategy while serving as the single point of accountability for representing your Geo back to all marketing teams.

Key job responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership & Orchestration: as the marketing leader for your Geo, you ensure that investments across functions — IDC, Events, Partner Marketing, ABM CoE, Industries, and Brand — are aligned with the marketing growth needed by customer segment in your region. You represent marketing as a unified growth partner to regional business leaders, serving as the marketing STL for your Geo. You influence the marketing strategy that drives results in your region, making sure your Geo's voice is represented in investment decisions and that every dollar is working toward the right priorities.
• ABM Leadership & Execution: You own and drive the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for your Geo, deeply aligning with account teams to deliver customer value and measurable business impact. You lead high-performing ABM teams focused on building lasting customer relationships and achieving tangible business outcomes. You also ensure that ABM initiatives integrate effectively with other marketing programs — including events, campaigns, and partner activities — creating a cohesive and high-impact marketing motion across your region.
• Business Alignment & Stakeholder Management: You are the central point of accountability for marketing's contributions to Geo business objectives. You build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership, partner teams, industry leaders, and the broader AWS Marketing organization, representing marketing in key Geo-level business planning and governance forums. You drive collaboration and alignment with global teams, ensuring that global programs are executed effectively within the context of your local market.
• Team Leadership: You lead, coach, and develop ABM and coordination team members within your Geo, recruiting and retaining marketing talent aligned to business priorities. You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession, and you create a high-performing team environment that balances global integration with local market focus — empowering your team to do their best work while staying connected to the broader organization.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of team management experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
Experience leading across multiple locales
