MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform file audits

Reinforce team compliance with Cartus corporate policies, programs, and standards.

Act as a resource for service escalations, problem resolution and process and procedural updates/changes.

Lead team by modeling exceptional customer service and driving Top Block initiatives.

Serve as consultant role model to develop team effectiveness to meet targeted metric goals through sharing of best practices and offering supportive, constructive and just-in-time feedback.

Maintain and enhance collaborative partnerships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers to meet client specific goals and expectations.

Communicate policy exception trending and efficiency suggestions to management to share with client.

Participate in special projects as needed, including client presentations and conducting chairside demonstrations for clients on Cartus systems and processes

QUALIFICATIONS/SELECTION CRITERIA

Bilingual: Korean and English mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.

Bachelor degree or 3 years experience in the customer service/ relocation industry required

Demonstrated leadership skills required

Computer proficiency required
