About the role
As an Axiom Developer , you will make an impact by designing, building, and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions on the AxiomSL ControllerView platform. You will be a valued member of the Regulatory Technology/Finance Data team and work collaboratively with business analysts, QA teams, Risk, Treasury, and other reporting stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Develop and configure AxiomSL Controller View components including data dictionaries, data models, transformation rules, business rules, aggregations, report templates, and workflows.
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from GL, Risk, Treasury, and Data Warehouse systems.
Implement regulatory reporting solutions such as FR Y‑14A/Q/M, FR Y‑9C, FFIEC 031/041, 2052a, Basel III (RWA, LCR, NSFR), and other jurisdiction‑specific filings.
Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing, validating Axiom outputs and addressing defects.
Provide L2/L3 production support across month‑end, quarter‑end, and CCAR cycles, resolving data, rule, and workflow issues.

What you need to have to be considered
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Advanced English
· Strong hands‑on experience with AxiomSL ControllerView.
· Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
· Background with ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing.
· Ability to interpret regulatory instructions and convert them into reporting logic.
· Understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, derivatives, securities, trading products).
· Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FRB, FFIEC, Basel III, LCR, NSFR, 2052a.
These will help you stand out
· Experience supporting CCAR cycles.
· Familiarity with PRA/EBA/EMEA regulatory reports.
· Exposure to performance optimization of Axiom workflows and large‑scale data loads.
· Knowledge of audit, risk, or model governance processes.
· Experience with scripting languages used in Axiom (ControllerView expressions).
