Job Description
Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul - pode ser necessário mais vezes de acordo com projetos/demandas.
Responsabilidades:
Suportar e direcionar todos os assuntos e problemas de materiais de pintura, de todas as plantas da América do Sul.
Ser ponto focal e representante perante ao time Global, nos assuntos de materiais de pintura da região
Ser apto em avaliar e atuar nos problemas relacionados aos produtos novos e existentes, em
termos de requisitos de produto e manufatura
Planejamento e Execução de projetos, envolvendo todas as áreas suportes de Pintura
(PaintEquipments, Process, Plant, Safety, Supplier, GPSC, etc).
Coordenação e tracking de todas as áreas (PaintEquipments, Process, Plant, Safety, Supplier, GPSC, etc ).
Controle financeiro dos projetos.
Coletar e armazenar LessonsLearned continuamente
Utilização dos lessonslearned sempre que aplicáveis.
Levantar requisitos e necessidades da operação, processo e manutenção da planta.
Definir e executar estratégias, junto a todas as áreas suportes (PaintEquipments, Process, Plant, Safety, Supplier, GPSC, etc ).
Planejar Validações, de acordo com BoE, BoP, BoO, PCPs, TEBs, TIS e GTR.
Desenvolver Memoriais descritivos para contratações (SOR).
Desenvolver Cost Book/AR baseado em benchmark.
Escalar itens críticos no tempo apropriado.
Cumprir o cronograma do projeto.
Controlar todos issues e ações de projeto, incluindo itens de todas as áreas suportes.
Conduzir a resolução de problemas de PRTS de processo ou item de materiais.
O trabalho pode envolver o desenvolvimento e teste de tecnologias avançadas de materiais.
Suporte nas informações financeiras e status das atividades para reporte e Controle de Despesas, Cronograma e Capitalização.
Participar ativamente de Conferências Globais, apresentando seus planos ou revisando padrões globais.
Avaliar e solucionar problemas na fase de validação de Produto e Processo (PPV, MVB s / ns e SORP).
Estudar os BoOs e os PCPs, acessar o sistema PQRS para verificar as ações pendentes, elaborando um resumo dos itens em aberto, dos desvios solicitados pelas plantas e do que não está sendo atendido.
Agendar reuniões com as plantas para discutir os itens, preparar o PCP nível 3, com meta de zero pendências nos BoOs e nos PCPs.
Todas as ações devem estar alinhadas com o Material Lead.
Requisitos Mandatórios :
Experiência em controles de processo de pintura
Bacharelado em engenharia (Química como diferencial)
CREA ativo
Inglês a partir de intermediário
Mobilidade total para viagens nacionais e internacionais. Com períodos longos e constantes.
Flexibilidade total para trabalho em finais de semanas, feriados e em diferentes turnos.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em São Caetano do Sul e estar constantemente presente nas fábricas acompanhando o desenvolvimento e implantação dos projetos.
Demonstração de entendimento básico dos requisitos de processo envolvidos no processo de manufatura
Requisitos Desejáveis:
Conhecimento dos timings do GVDP da GM, BOP, BOE, GTR, PCP
Inglês avançado ou fluente
Skills:
Habilidade em resolução de problemas, análise, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
Demonstração de excelente capacidade analítica, comunicação e habilidades interpessoais necessárias para construir relacionamentos com membros da equipe e clientes para solucionar problemas e resolver questões
Demonstração de capacidade para gerenciar projetos e tarefas desafiadoras com alto nível de autonomia e responsabilidade pelos resultados
Demonstração de iniciativa ao ir além das tarefas atribuídas para melhorar os resultados e/ou ajudar outras pessoas
