Job Description
A pessoa que ocupa a função atuará no atendimento de Pessoas, com foco em excelência operacional e evolução contínua dos processos, apoiando a transformação digital do Centro de Serviços.
Espera-se um perfil curioso, analítico, com interesse em tecnologia e automação, capaz de aprender rapidamente novas ferramentas e atuar em um ambiente dinâmico.
Principais Atividades
Atender empregados, ex-empregados e solicitações de áreas internas para dúvidas e solicitações relativas a Recursos Humanos (via telefone, chat, e-mail e portal);
Realizar input, validação e análise de dados em sistemas de Recursos Humanos, assegurando acuracidade e compliance;
Acompanhar e tratar casos de maior complexidade, escalados para nível II, com foco em causa raiz;
Contribuir para a atualização e estruturação da base de conhecimento, propondo melhorias de conteúdo e usabilidade;
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos, simplificação, digitalização e automação do atendimento;
Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua, testes de novas ferramentas e padronização de fluxos;

Atuação presencial na planta de São Caetano do Sul
Requisitos Mandatórios
Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (Administração, RH, Psicologia, Tecnologia, Engenharia, Processos ou áreas correlatas);
Pacote Office intermediário, com destaque para Excel (fórmulas, análise básica de dados);
Facilidade para atuação digital
Inglês intermediário
Desejável
Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, call center, shared services ou CSC;
Experiência ou familiaridade com sistemas como Workday, ServiceNow ou similares;
Noções de automação de processos, melhoria contínua;
Interesse ou conhecimento básico em Power BI, Knime, Power Automate, Excel avançado ou análise de dados;
Espanhol intermediário

Perfil analítico, organizado e atento a detalhes;
Autonomia e aprendizado rápido;
Comunicação clara e empática para atendimento multicanal;
Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, com multitarefas e priorização;
