General Motors Analista de Marketing – Mídia e Performance in Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil
Job Description
Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)
Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, curiosa e mão na massa, com foco em performance, mas que entenda o papel da mídia como um todo no funil.
Atuar em parceria direta com a liderança, apoiando na execução do plano de mídia do Brasil, com foco especial em campanhas digitais e de performance;
Desdobrar os objetivos de marca e negócio em planos de mídia táticos (online e offline), garantindo coerência com a estratégia full funnel;
Trabalhar no dia a dia com as agências de mídia, acompanhando planejamentos, implementações, otimizações e reports, garantindo aderência a briefings, metas de vendas e dados de mercado;
Acompanhar campanhas em mídia digital e de performance (ex.: Google Ads, social media, programática), monitorando KPIs e propondo otimizações recorrentes;
Apoiar o Supervisor no controle de investimento, consolidação de dados de budget por produto e fechamento mensal de mídia;
Construir e atualizar dashboards e relatórios de performance, traduzindo dados em insights acionáveis para o time de Marketing e demais stakeholders;
Ajudar a garantir a integração entre meios, entendendo o papel de TV, OOH, rádio e digital na jornada, e como cada canal contribui para awareness, consideração e conversão;
Apoiar a agenda de test & learn (testes de audiência, criativo, formatos, canais e bidding), documentando hipóteses, resultados e recomendações;
Contribuir com a inovação em mídia, trazendo oportunidades de novos formatos, parceiros e uso de dados (incluindo 1PD) para aumentar eficiência e qualidade de leads;
Manter relacionamento próximo com times internos, garantindo alinhamento de prioridades e prazos.
Organização e disciplina com processo financeiro e de pagamentos
Localidade: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):
Formação superior completa;
Inglês avançado;
Experiência prévia em mídia digital e performance (planejamento, compra e/ou otimização de campanhas) em empresas do segmento automotivo, varejo ou e-commerce;
Vivência com estratégias de mídia integrada (offline + online) e entendimento de funil de comunicação;
Forte perfil analítico, com conforto em trabalhar com KPIs, dados de performance e ferramentas de relatórios/dashboards;
Conhecimento de plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads e, desejável, alguma experiência com mídia programática;
O que pode lhe dar um diferencial competitivo (qualificações desejáveis):
Experiência em rotina com agências de mídia e/ou anunciantes de médio/grande porte;
Boa organização e disciplina para controle de investimentos e acompanhamento de múltiplas campanhas em paralelo;
Perfil colaborativo, com boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas e parceiros externos.
Espanhol intermediário.
