Be responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel file.

负责人事档案的保密和维护工作。

Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

Handle administrative tasks or procedure of recruitment, trial, evaluation contract making and renewing or ending contract.

根据规定办理员工的招收、试用、评估、签订合同、续订或解除合同等各项手续。

Open and maintain a file for each employee

建立和维护员工的档案。

Maintains updates all leave records of employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.

更新和维护所有离职员工的记录并保持离职手续迅速完成。

Issues separation clearance form to leaving employees

为离职的员工办理离职手续

Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers

确保行业相关信息能为所有员工和经理所知晓。

Ensures that all personal files are kept and transported appropriate.

Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies

Maintain up to date personal records for all employees.

Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
