Description:
1.负责每日公区的工作及交接情况的安排和督查。
2.关注宾客动态，处理临时发生的问题，有重大问题时及时向部门经理汇报。
3.关心员工的工作和生活问题，及时向部门经理汇总。
4.监督外聘清洁公司清洁工人的适当工作任务，对酒店区域的窗户、公区的卫生是否做到位。
5.熟知酒店内外信息，为客人提供准确的问询服务。
Qualifications:
1.2年以上高星级酒店工作经验。
2.中等以上学历。
3.熟知公共区域管理专业知识。
4.性格开朗、工作踏实，有较强的服务意识和责任感。
5.有五星级酒店筹备经验者优先。
