Formación Académica (Excluyente)
Título universitario en Ingeniería civil u otra ingeniería relacionada como Ingeniería de Minas o Ingeniería de Construcción – colegiado y habilitado.
Se valorará especialización o diplomados en obras subterráneas, túneles o gestión de proyectos.
Experiencia Profesional
Experiencia mínima en supervisión de túneles o construcción de infraestructura similar (pref. ≥ 10 años).
Supervisión directa de construcción de túneles (TBM, excavación, sostenimiento, revestimientos).
Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos en obra civil subterránea.
Experiencia en proyectos de gran envergadura y complejidad, incluyendo minas, centrales hidroeléctricas, carreteras o ferrocarriles subterráneos.
Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos
Técnicas de excavación en túneles: conocimiento en TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), método convencional (voladura), shotcrete, sostenimiento, anclajes, reparaciones, etc.
Lectura e interpretación de planos, especificaciones y proyectos técnicos de túneles.
Conocimientos de equipos y procedimientos usados en trabajos subterráneos.
Control de calidad y seguimiento de cronogramas, inspecciones y reportes técnicos.
Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo
Certificaciones de seguridad relevantes:
Capacitación en seguridad en trabajos en altura, espacios confinados, y otros.
Aplicación de normas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y ambientales en obra.
Responsabilidades
Supervisar las obras de construcción y reparación de túneles verificando los procedimientos constructivos, voladuras, normas de seguridad, equipos utilizados, etc.
Liderar y coordinar equipos técnicos y operativos.
Comunicarse eficazmente con contratistas, ingenieros y otros stakeholders.
Elaborar de informes de avance, reportes diarios y mensuales.
Resolver problemas del día a día en la ejecución de las obras de los túneles y tomar de decisiones bajo presión.
Otros Requisitos
Conocimiento de software de planificación, control y diseño.
Conocimiento de normas técnicas locales e internacionales para túneles y obras civiles.
Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (p. ej., PMP) pueden ser un plus.
