Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all activities concerning recruitment and selection, training and development, as well as providing support in audits of internal and external standards and certifications. Assists with all department-related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate the operative and administrative process of recruitment, selection, and induction process for all new employees.
Coordinate and manage all training and integration activities provided to company personnel both in the operational phase and in registration and control.
Keep updated the policies and procedures related to Training, Internal Promotions and Recruitment and Selection.
Follow up on the annual performance plan (Set goals / Mid-year review / End-of-year review).
Create and keep Company Job Descriptions updated.
Comply with the responsibilities established in the Organizational Administrative Systems.
Keep social media accounts updated with new job posts, company activities, and collaborations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
Degree in Psychology, Administration, or related
3+ years of experience in customer Service or recruitment positions
Intermediate high English level
MS Office Proficient
Organized and attentive to details.
Preferred:
Master’s in human Talent Management.
Diploma in Psychometry
