As a Senior Analyst, Invoice to Cash – Deductions , you will play a critical role in managing and resolving customer deductions and disputes—ensuring timely, accurate resolution while strengthening financial controls and customer relationships. This role combines analytical rigor, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence across the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Driving Resolution & Financial Accuracy – Deductions Management

  • Review and process high volumes of customer deductions, chargebacks, and disputes with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Investigate and analyze root causes of deductions and discrepancies , ensuring appropriate and well‑documented resolution.

  • Gather, validate, and maintain supporting documentation for resolution, audit, and compliance purposes.

  • Escalate collection efforts for invalid or unsupported deductions in alignment with policies.

  • Monitor trade payment accuracy (when applicable) and support dispute resolution with a customer‑focused mindset.

Partnering for Results – Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve complex or recurring deduction issues.

  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support timely resolution.

  • Present clear insights and findings to leadership to support decision‑making and prioritization.

  • Build trusted relationships internally and externally to enable smoother dispute resolution.

Strengthening Our Processes – Controls & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements , including SOX .

  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives , pilot programs, and system enhancements.

  • Develop strong expertise in Invoice‑to‑Cash systems and processes, serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members.

  • Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and operational effectiveness across customers and processes.

  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , with advanced Excel skills and experience creating PowerPoint presentations .

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities , tight timelines, and extended work schedules when required.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Experience communicating complex or detailed information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

  • Advanced technical understanding of Point of Sale (POS) and customer data .

  • Knowledge of promotional methodology and trade management .

  • Prior experience in Invoice to Cash, OTC, deductions, or dispute management roles.

  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or system enhancement initiatives .
