Analyst, HR Systems, Data & Analytics. As an Analyst of HR Systems, Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in strengthening our HR technology ecosystem—delivering high‑quality analytics, optimizing system performance, and partnering closely with HR leaders to generate insights that drive organizational value. You will support and enhance HR systems, develop advanced reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity across all HR platforms.

HERE’S IS WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Driving Insight – Data, Analytics & Reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Develop advanced dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SuccessFactors Stories/People Analytics, and other reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Partner with HR functional teams to translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and scalable analytics solutions.
• Design, automate, and maintain HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, talent metrics, absence patterns) for HR and business leadership.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic planning.
Strengthening Our Systems – SuccessFactors Configuration & Management
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors modules—primarily Time Off (Time Management) —ensuring accurate setup of policies, accruals, workflows, and eligibility rules.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, usability, and automation.
• Support system upgrades, release management, and new feature implementations, including test planning, execution, documentation, and post‑deployment validation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and IES teams to diagnose and resolve system-related issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Partner with external vendors (e.g., SAP Support) to resolve defects, apply patches, and implement configuration improvements.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all HR systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience building advanced analytics dashboards and working with data from multiple systems.
• Understanding of HR processes and HR systems in a multinational environment.
Preferred Education & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience supporting HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with system upgrades or new HRIS module implementations.
• Knowledge of system security protocols and data protection best practices.
