WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ensure that the company's accounting records are captured correctly and in the corresponding fiscal period.
The Finance analyst will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:
Review and ensure that accounting documentation complies with tax requirements
Register accounting information
Follow up and solve accounting discrepancies problems
Maintain updated accounting information in the system
Prepare monthly accounting reports
Carry out monthly and annual closing processes ensuring that the information is correct
Attend external audits
Maintain documentation according to the standards of the finance department
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting,Administrationor equivalent.
English level: Desirable Intermediate
Experience in:
Desirable 2 Years in Preparation at Month End
Desirable 2 Years in Capture of Accounting Records
Desirable knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Excel, SAP
