What You’ll Do (Shift Leader)
Lead and motivate crew and managers during shifts
Plan, monitor, and adjust for quality, service, and cleanliness
Ensure food safety and operational standards
Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily maintenance
Train and develop team members
Handle guest concerns and deliver 100% customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with the next Shift Leader to ensure smooth operations
Meet shift and departmental targets
What You Need
Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older
Schedule
Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
