What You’ll Do (Department Manager)
Responsibilities may vary by department:
Guest Service DM
Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience
Oversee sales promotions and service standards
Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations
Kitchen DM
Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production
Monitor food cost and inventory
Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
People DM
Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
Motivate and recognize team members
Support staff development and retention
All Department Managers:
Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals
Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction
Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
What You Need
Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older
