What You’ll Do (Department Manager)

Responsibilities may vary by department:

Guest Service DM

  • Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience

  • Oversee sales promotions and service standards

  • Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations

Kitchen DM

  • Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production

  • Monitor food cost and inventory

  • Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items

People DM

  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew

  • Motivate and recognize team members

  • Support staff development and retention

All Department Managers:

  • Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals

  • Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction

  • Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results

What You Need

  • Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)

  • Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be 18 years or older
