What you’ll do:
Job Summary
This position is responsible of the preparation and payment of payroll including benefits, calculation and payment of taxes, attention to inspections of diferents ministries and companies"
Job Responsibilities
"A. Responsible for calculating and processing payroll for operational staff.
B. Management of the employee savings plan.
C. Requesting and calculating meal vouchers and gift cards.
D. Management and control of government payments (Fonacot, IMSS, and Infonavit).
E. Requesting changes in the TRESS system (Position, Supervisors, and salaries).
F. Preparing monthly payroll reports.
G. Providing internal customer service.
H. Administrative control and monitoring of pensions. #LI-DG2 "
Qualifications:
Education level required
- College degree in administration, business, accounting or similar.
Years and area of experience required
- 3-4 years experience in payroll focused role.
Technical knowledge
- Experience in pay roll (System TRESS) & Knowledge in law local requirements (LFT).
