Veterinary Hospital Manager
Lead a Growing Small Animal Practice
Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Position: Full time
Salary: $45,000- $70,000 per year + performance bonuses
About Our Practice
We are a busy privately owned small animal veterinary hospital with a dedicated team focused on excellent patient care and client service.
We are expanding our practice and we are seeking a hands-on Veterinary Hospital manager, who can lead our team, improve efficiency, and help the hospital continue to grow while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
The Role
This is an operational leadership role, responsible for keeping the hospital running smoothly, supporting staff and helping the clinic meet performance goals.
You will work closely with the veterinarian/owner to manage the business side of the practice while supporting the medical team.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hospital operations and staff scheduling
Lead and support a team of technicians and client service staff
Improve workflow efficiency, and client experience
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), such as revenue, transaction charges, and appointment flow
Assist with staff training, accountability, and team development
Maintain a positive, professional culture
Ideal Candidate
Veterinary Hospital experience strongly preferred
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced practice
Comfortable working with practice metrics and financial goals
