We’re partnering with a leading messaging app company to find a talented Operations & Logistics Specialist to support their operations and logistics team. This temporary role, based on-site, offers an exciting opportunity to work within a high-growth technology environment for a duration of 27 to 52 weeks.
Operations & Logistics Specialist* Responsibilities:*
Oversee inventory control, asset management, and tracking to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Coordinate refurbishment processes and manage the movement of hardware across supply chains.
Manage internal and external delivery requests, including shipping and logistics support.
Provide operational guidance to internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows.
Track and report on logistics metrics, including sales and environmental compliance data.
Operations & Logistics Specialist* Qualifications:*
At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or related fields in a fast-growth tech setting.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on GTM strategies.
Expertise in Salesforce and SAP, with strong knowledge of CRM systems and automation.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Looker to develop KPIs and insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
