Job description
• Act as the industrial focal within the program team and the Integrated Program Team (IPT).
• Ensure industrial commitments align with program tollgates and schedules and the broader industrial strategy.
• Coordination with Supply Chain IPT representation to ensure parts delivery supports program milestones and proactively manage delivery.
• Plan and ensure manufacturing areas and resources are prepared and capable of producing according to technical requirements, production rates, schedules, and cost objectives.
• Propose and implement industrial schemes linked to the company's industrial strategy, including definition of Make/Buy strategy.
• Manage the industrialization budget and related non-recurring costs through the life of the program, including tooling and managing cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities during the industrialization process, ensuring product/process convergence from an industrial perspective.
• Manage industrial and project risks.
• Manage production issues and recovery plans, ensuring timely customer deliveries and maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and propose cost reduction plans and ensure alignment between local operations and program demands.
• Ensure that design and industrialization processes (e.g., APQP) maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide customer interaction on all industrial aspects under delegation from the program manager / director.
• Leverage best practices and capitalize on manufacturing know-how.
• Identify and validate lessons learned to improve industrial processes and strategies.

The Program Industrial Manager 3 has manufacturability, recurring cost, tooling and production readiness responsibility on a new development programs.
He/she is responsible for delivering the industrialization program objectives to the budget, managing the deliverables defined in GRP-0165 including industrial risk management, lessons learnt incorporation and change control related to the bill of material, HSE, ergonomics and customer requirements.
These deliverables require managing resources, budgets, production processes and quality standards to meet technical, cost, and scheduling goals.
The role involves fostering collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality departments, optimizing industrial practices, and maintaining effective customer relationships on all industrial fronts.
Candidate skills & requirements
• B.S degree in a related technical field (e.g.: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer/Technology, Aeronautics Engineer, or Electrical Engineer).
• Plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related Engineering capacity.
• Extensive understanding of product development stages and industrialization strategies, including APQP processes. Experience in new product development strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the industry.
• Understanding logistics, supply chain dynamics, and the ability to coordinate and optimize supply processes.
• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet predefined objectives within budget and on schedule. This includes risk management and mitigation strategies
