Job Description: Executive Administrative Assistant (Finance Support)
Pay Range: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with a strong finance background to provide high‑level administrative and financial support. This role will assist executives and the office leadership team while also managing day‑to‑day office operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide executive‑level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Finance Support
Assist with basic financial tasks such as expense reports, invoice processing, tracking budgets, and data entry.
Support finance team with documentation, reconciliations, and internal reporting.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of financial materials.
Office Management
Serve as the point of contact for office operations.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate maintenance requests and office service needs.
Clerical & General Support
Answer phones, manage mail, and handle general clerical duties.
Assist with onboarding tasks and internal communication needs.
Support staff and management with administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
Experience in finance or supporting finance teams strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to work occasional Saturdays when required.
