How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

More about this role:

The INFOR Time & Attendance Application Support Manager is responsible for the overall management, support, and optimization of the organization’s INFOR Time & Attendance (T&A) solution. This role oversees daily system operations, ensures timely and accurate payroll data integration, and leads a team of support staff to provide high-quality service to HR, Payroll, and operational users. The manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business processes, maintain compliance, and drive enhancements within the INFOR HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

System Ownership & Administration

  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the INFOR Time & Attendance system.

  • Manage system configuration, workflows, pay rules, schedules, accruals, and security roles.

  • Ensure smooth integration with payroll, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, system updates, and patches.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Lead and mentor a team of application support coordinators/analysts.

  • Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) for system support.

  • Provide escalation support for complex issues.

  • Foster a service-oriented culture with strong end-user engagement.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of employee time and attendance data.

  • Perform regular audits to verify compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Develop dashboards and custom reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations.

  • Support compliance reporting (e.g., overtime, leave balances, union agreements).

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations (and Manufacturing) to streamline time-tracking processes.

  • Ensure system alignment with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational policies.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and the INFOR vendor.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within the INFOR platform.

  • Support change management, communication, and user adoption strategies.

  • MDS Business engagement focal point.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with Time & Attendance systems, with at least 3 years of direct experience in INFOR T&A .

  • 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, workforce management, and labor compliance.

  • English Language is mandatory and additional MEU/NALA languages are desirable.

  • Project management skills

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of INFOR T&A configuration, reporting, and integration.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Effective communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/analytics tools.

  • Project management experience (system upgrades, rollouts, or migrations).

  • ITIL desirable.

  • Strategic and Sustain Solution in WFM.
