TEKsystems Customer Service / Order Processing Coordinator (Entry Level) in Santa Fe Springs, California
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our sales and operations teams through accurate quotation processing, order management, and customer support. This role involves frequent communication with customers and internal teams and plays a key part in order fulfillment and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer quotations via phone, email, and fax with accuracy and timeliness
Enter customer orders into the system and confirm order details with customers
Prepare and process shipping instructions and packing lists for warehouse coordination
Maintain organized records by filing orders and monitoring customers’ open orders
Perform physical inventory counts as required
Provide backup support for billing functions across the office and branch locations
Support outside sales representatives with stock availability, pricing inquiries, and open order status
Process quotations and order requests for outside sales teams
Handle internal product transfers between locations
Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Required Skills
Strong customer service and customer support experience
Call center or phone-based customer interaction skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience & Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, call center, or support roles
Entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
