Our client, a leading organization within the manufacturing and engineering sector , is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Process Management Coordinator (Document Control) to join their Project Management Division .
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, control, and efficiency of engineering documentation across multiple projects, supporting design teams and driving process excellence.
? What’s the Job?
Accurately register and manage design drawings using CATIA V5 & V6 , ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot CAD system issues , proactively improving system reliability and workflow efficiency.
Distribute new and revised drawings to appropriate stakeholders and manage drawing release per established standards.
Process and control Engineering Change Notices (ECN) using tools such as Microsoft Office, PDF, Navision, and NEWS (V5) .
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to design processes, documentation control, and configuration management .
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams.
✅ What’s Needed?
3–5 years of experience in document control, design registration, or project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency with CATIA V5 and V6 (required).
Experience with design documentation, BoM creation, and release processes .
Working knowledge of Navision , ECN workflows, and configuration management practices.
Solid understanding of drawing standards, production flow, and configuration control .
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills .
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
