Job description

Coordinate general office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events

Organize files and documents efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Assist with other general administrative tasks to support the Admin team

Entering and categorizing invoices using Quickbooks

Skills:

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment

Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite

Experience in Quickbooks is required

Experience working in a startup environment is a plus

Experience working in a scientific equipment manufacturing environment is a plus

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.50 per hour
