Adecco US, Inc. Recruiting Operations Specialist in Santa Clara, California

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Recruiting Operations Specialist with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $29.00/hr. - $30.00hr.

Duties:

· Our Talent Acquisition Strategy team is looking for someone to support our hiring ramp activities of attracting, engaging, and hiring talent.

· This role will have a variety of responsibilities which include but are not limited to sourcing, market mapping, project coordination, data analysis, etc.

· Partner with the global TA leaders to gather and analyze success across various geographies on their sourcing strategy and identify improvement opportunities

· Provide operational support to the University Recruiting teams by coordinating candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and support of recruiting events

· Support weekly collection of data/information from the regional teams for review with leadership

· Gather market mapping using LinkedIn, AI resources and other tools, as per requests for sourcing

· Coordinate and manage TA tool access for contractors, ensuring on time onboarding and off boarding.

Qualifications:

· Recruiting operations experience (data & insights, process improvement, program management).

· Experience assisting with the horizontal functions that support TA more than recruiting or recruiting logistics support.

· Bachelors degree

· 2+ years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics

· Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university recruiting programs strongly preferred

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights

· Project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

· Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
