Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (2nd Shift)Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support our lead engineer in troubleshooting, executing preventative maintenance, and calibrating manufacturing equipment. This role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist the lead engineer with troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis to provide solutions for manufacturing equipment issues.
Execute and support preventative maintenance by authoring checklists and working with technicians and operators to maintain equipment effectively.
Author calibration specifics to ensure equipment is running at optimal performance, including IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and checklist creation.
Knowledge and experience in equipment calibration and performance optimization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday from 1-9pm, with occasional planned overtime and weekend work. You will be working closely with the Principal Manufacturing Engineer in a collaborative environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
