ManpowerGroup Lab Technician in Santa Clara, California
Our client, a leading Adhesives and Chemical Solutions company, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Lab Services Department supporting the Testing and R&D Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $30/hour
What’s the Job?
Execute engineering test requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to site safety practices.
Operate various lab equipment including robotic liquid dispensing systems, thermal performance testers, Pick & Place machines, microscopes, and mechanical property testers.
Draft technical testing reports using digital documentation tools.
Perform internal and external lab demonstrations and training.
Maintain material inventory and ensure all lab and application equipment is calibrated and safety checked per regulations.
What’s Needed?
Hands-on experience operating lab equipment and performing technical testing.
Knowledge of lab safety practices and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to perform demonstrations and communicate technical information effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to participate in continuous improvement programs (e.g., 5S).
