Adecco US, Inc. Lab Technician in Santa Clara, California

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Lab Technician with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $35.00/hr. - $45.00hr.

Duties:

· Lead new technology evaluation and testing in house (SCLA, and other lab locations) or alfa site ELS by organizing cross functional team with division Engineer/support/supplier.

· Feedback learning to design, procedure, and operation for future opportunities and report results to management.

· Ensure smooth transition to division support.

· Provide technical support in remote or on site to division support team, TSE, field engineers, and lab technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex issues related to equipment, software, and firmware.

· Track issues in Jira database and report business critical to management.

· Provide background information of critical quality issues reported through NC and returned FA items to Q&R team in Jira database.

· Support validation of CIP product in house and procedure.

· Support firmware validation testing on lab system every major release or ad-hoc critical bug fix timing to ensure readiness of delivery to BU integrated systems.

· Work with Tech Pub team to validate CM procedures on the tool. Redline to feedback the change until completion.

· Manage spare parts release status and restricted parts approval

· Communicates difficult technical and non-technical concept with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

· Experience in semiconductor industry 3 - 5 Years

· Education: Minimum two years of college

· Years of Experience: 3 - 7 Years

· Travel: Yes, 20% of the Time

· Japanese or Vietnamese proficiency is plus.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
