ManpowerGroup Help Desk Level 2 - D in Santa Clara, California

Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Help Desk Level 2 - D to join their team. As a Help Desk Level 2 - D, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Help Desk Level 2 - D

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: 28/hr

What's the Job?

  • Resolve or escalate support tickets entered by Level 1 Analysts, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Review problem tickets, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions following established SOPs and BOPs

  • Manage crisis escalations and coordinate with other support groups when necessary

  • Deliver a positive customer service experience by communicating clearly and empathetically

  • Participate in various projects to improve support processes and documentation

What's Needed?

  • Strong documentation, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow ticketing skills

  • 10+ years of experience in IT support roles, with expertise in troubleshooting Windows-based applications and hardware

  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to diagnose network, memory, and application issues, and escalate priority problems appropriately

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
