Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician
Kelly Engineering is hiring a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working directly on critical fab equipment in a 24/7 operation.
What You’ll Do:
Perform maintenance and repair on semiconductor equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systems
Support uptime and minimize tool downtime
Work with engineers and maintenance teams on escalations
Follow cleanroom and safety protocols
Document work and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience with equipment maintenance experience
Semiconductor fab experience (REQUIRED)
Experience with tools like Etch, Litho, or Vacuum systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
Team-oriented and reliable
Schedule:
12-hour compressed schedule
3–4 days per week
Day or night shift available
