DSX is NVIDIA’s AI Factory architecture. As a Customer Program Manager, you will play a unique role in educating, inspiring, and enabling large-scale, high‑performance, and highly efficient grid‑to‑token AI infrastructure deployments for NVIDIA’s top global cloud partners. You will work closely with a leading ecosystem of power, cooling, and energy partners to accelerate grid integration and operationalize the DSX reference architecture, helping protect revenue and expand NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure footprint in the Era of Intelligence!
What you'll be doing:
End-to-end program management: Ensure on-schedule completion of large-scale AI Factory rollouts with leading global NVIDIA Cloud Partners.
Project tracking: Coordinate timelines, schedules, and proactively forecasts for power, cooling, and energy equipment while ensuring site readiness.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, business operation supply chain, and customer teams worldwide.
Infrastructure oversight: Coordinate all aspects of DSX reference architecture—energy systems, cooling and power solutions, and material logistics.
Leadership & reporting: Communicate consistently with collaborators and executives, tracking important metrics and mitigating risks.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
12+ years in global customer program management, ideally in AI, cloud, energy, or infrastructure.
Technical & operational depth: Demonstrated ability in addressing intricate logistics, supply chain, business operation and production deployment issues.
Soft skills: Strong leadership, concise communication, and methodological ability to navigate fast-paced, global environments. A willingness to continue learning new skills and growing capabilities in a new market.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong customer-facing experience and delightful customer satisfaction engagement.
Prior work on energy, power and cooling initiatives.
Experience in deploying large-scale AI production environments.
Deep understanding of AI Factory architecture and interface management.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
