Solstice Advanced Materials Advanced R&D Engineer-Scientist in Santa Clara, California
As an Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist here at Solstice, you will drive the development of cutting-edge technologies, lead critical projects, and ensure Solstice remains a leader in technological advancements. You will report directly to our Senior R&D Manager , and you’ll work out of our Sunnyvale, CA location.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or a related field or master's with experience
2-3 years of experience in R&D or product development roles
Hands-on experience and expertise in Design and Synthesis of Organic, Inorganic, Hybrid Polymers and Coating Formulations
Strong knowledge of material characterization techniques and methodologies
Application Knowledge of polymers used in semiconductors and displays
WE VALUE
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Electronic Polymers and Materials used in Semiconductor and Displays Applications
Demonstrated ability of Strategic Insights and Alignment with the Business Objectives
Well documented track record of developing, scaling and launching new materials for high volume manufacturing

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $135k-$169k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
