Job Summary

This position will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role works closely with project managers, cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate schedules, track deliverables, manage documentation, and communicate project status. The Project Coordinator helps streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and maintain project organization while ensuring compliance with company processes and quality standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Project Manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones

  • Help prepare project plans, charters, and kickoff materials

  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and capture action items

  • Set up project tracking tools (software platforms, folders, templates)

Education requirement:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering or related field.

This position requires intermediate/advanced proficiency in English.

  • Knowledge of defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

  • Ability to support the creation of project plans, schedules, and tracking tools.

  • Skill in organizing kickoff meetings and preparing project materials.

  • Ability to ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined.

The best candidates will also have:

  • Knowledge and expertise in Data Analysis

  • Knowledge and expertise in Power BI, Minitab, Excel Macros

  • Soft Skills as Autodidact, Adaptability, Teamwork & Leadership

  • Knowledge of welding and assembly process.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience related to project coordination/leadership.

Additional Information:

  • This position will be in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, MX.

  • Your work schedule is Monday to Friday, subject to changes.

  • This position will have 10% of domestic and international travel.

  • Relocation is not offered for this position.
