Role:
Procure and manage the materials needed for the company's operation, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities.
What You Will Do:
Determine the needs for materials, products or services that the company requires, whether for stock replenishment or regular operational requirements.
Maintain an adequate stock to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
Performing work to achieve supply chain performance targets focused on backorders, estimated ship dates, SSP (Supplier Shipping Performance), past due schedules, inventory and turns. Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain. (ie: Microsoft, Excel, MRC (Materials Requirement Collaboration), SAP, DDMRP).
Execute schedule adjustments through collaboration, order min/mults, EOQs (Economic Order Quantity), lost or misdirected shipments, transportation issues, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) issues, E/C (Engineering Change) level or material code changes, backorder escalation, and all other supplier issues impacting performance targets

Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
Intermediate Conversational English Level
What skills the ideal candidate will have:
Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
- Ability to analyze information objectively, apply critical thinking for decision‑making across supply chain areas, demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and effectively manage conflicts to maintain operational alignment
Problem Solving:
Project management capability, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
Relationship Management:
Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
SAP proficiency (CBS module), including MRP analysis skills
3 to 4 years managing the planning of operational or indirect materials
Works collaboratively with suppliers and clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems
Internal Resource Coordination:
- Ability to manage project-related activities, aligning tasks, timelines, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution
The best candidates will also have:
Advanced Conversational and written English
Intermediate SAP proficiency (CBS Module)
Knowledge in managing indirect materials
Excel macro creation skills and proficiency in Kaizen and/or Lean methodologies
