ELS of Florida Facilities Maintenance Technician in Santa Ana, California
Labor Finders is currently hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a long term assignment at a corporate campus in Buena Park
This is a steady, hands on position supporting daily facility operations. We are looking for someone reliable, experienced, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
Job Duties:
General facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting and drywall touch ups
Furniture moves and event or conference room setup
Light fixture replacements
Carpet tile replacement
Installation of TVs, whiteboards, and equipment
Responding to service requests across the campus
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with hand and power tools
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk throughout the day
Lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Additional Info:
Long term assignment, duration TBD
HVAC and electrical knowledge is a plus, but not required
