Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Marketing Director for its Lender Businesses to drive measurable growth and strengthen competitive differentiation across our Lender Division. This leader will own the marketing strategy, budget, OKRs, and performance outcomes for lender segments, while leading a team of four and partnering cross-functionally with four Business Unit leaders, divisional leadership, and enterprise Center of Excellence (COE) teams (Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand).
This is a high-impact role responsible for aligning marketing to clear business outcomes, maturing sales–martech integration and building organizational buy-in around marketing’s supportive and strategic business value.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of B2B marketing experience within the mortgage industry, including at least 4–5 years of people leadership experience
Proven experience owning OKRs and delivering measurable revenue impact
Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
Experience operating in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
Budget ownership and performance accountability experience
Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and funnel analytics
Prior experience engaging in mortgage‑banking conferences that support the lending ecosystem is preferred
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
