Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, California

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to end-users by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with account access, and guiding users through system navigation and troubleshooting. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be key to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and resolving reported issues using established troubleshooting techniques.

• Document all customer interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, within web-based customer service systems.

• Provide product education and guidance to users, helping them navigate systems effectively.

• Collect detailed information on system issues and escalate complex cases to the Development Team for further investigation.

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to stay informed about product updates, new features, and company policies.

• Address inquiries related to 3rd Party photo ordering processes and provide necessary assistance.

• Ensure timely and thorough responses to inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Support basic hardware and software setup, ensuring smooth user experiences. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a web-based environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in workload, systems, and processes while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and focus on details.

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines, and provide constructive feedback to leadership.
