Job Summary

Responsibilities
Analyze insurance claims to determine the validity and coverage ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline claims processing and improve customer service outcomes.
Utilize domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to assess complex claims and provide accurate resolutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
Implement strategies to reduce claim processing time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor claim trends and provide insights to management for process improvement and risk mitigation.
Ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of claims and customer interactions for future reference and audits.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry changes and enhance personal skill set.
