Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-Ins Claims with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service and workers compensation claims. This work-from-home position requires proficiency in Spanish and involves rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will excel in managing claims efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Manage and process workers compensation claims with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely resolution.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to claims.
Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist clients and stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to streamline claims processing and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes and procedures.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
