Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to workers compensation claims.

  • Utilize your expertise in workers compensation to assess and process claims accurately and efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist clients with their claims ensuring clarity and understanding.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline claim processing and improve overall efficiency.

  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and recommend improvements to existing processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

  • Document all interactions and claim details accurately in the system for future reference.

  • Assist in developing training materials to enhance team knowledge and performance.

  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide consistent support and coverage for clients.

  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with industry developments.

  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggesting process enhancements.

  • Ensure all claims are processed within the designated timeframes to meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish with the ability to read write and speak fluently.

  • Have a solid understanding of workers compensation claims and related processes.
