Responsibilities
Handle and process workers compensation claims with precision and attention to detail ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Utilize your expertise in workers compensation claims to analyze and evaluate claim information making informed decisions on claim outcomes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless claim processing and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients ensuring clear understanding and resolution of their claims.
Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting client needs at all times.
Utilize technology and software tools to streamline claim processing and enhance efficiency.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service with a focus on insurance claims.
Demonstrate expertise in workers compensation claims with a proven track record of successful claim processing.
Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Spanish with the ability to read write and speak fluently.
Show proficiency in using technology and software tools relevant to claims processing.
Display strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret claim information accurately.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work rotational shifts in a remote work environment.
Certifications Required
Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification.
